Third Annual Spring Wine Cruise Fund Raiser

On May 12, 2011, the Rotary Club of Lake Norman-Huntersville once again set sail on Lake Norman with a boat full of 70+ people, all raising a glass to charity in support of a fund raising event for their beneficiary, Orphans to Ambassadors. The evening festivities were full of good cheer, happy people and plenty of food and drink. All of the attendees commented about how great of a time that they had and that they were well fed and hydrated.

All in all, the Rotary Club of Lake Norman-Huntersville once again showed that Rotary is full of:

Third Annual Spring Wine Cruise Fund Raiser

The Rotary Club of Lake Norman / Huntersville's is proud to present and offer our Third Annual Spring Wine Cruise.  This event will take place on Thursday May 12, 2011 starting at 5:30 (cruise should launch at 6pm) and lasting until 9:30.  The cruise will take place on board the Yachta Yachta Yachta which sets sail from the Peninsula Yacht Club located in the Peninsula Neighborhood in Cornelius, NC.  This year's event will support Orphans to Ambassadors.

And as this event is our third annual event, and that in all past year's events were a sell-out in just a short time, do not wait to buy your tickets for this year's event.  It is a great time to enjoy Lake Norman and a sunset cruise benefitting an outstanding beneficiary.

Like in past years, wine and light hors d'oeuvres will be served (it will not be a filling meal as to keep the cost of this event reasonable to our attendees, the food is donated and it will be light).  In addition, we will be holding a raffle for some items on board, so please bring some cash with you to buy some raffle tickets. All proceeds will benefit Orphans to Ambassadors.
